The three day international seminar organised by the India International Centre Asia Project opened in New Delhi today with Senior doctors and pharmacologists from diverse systems of medicine stressing the importance of harmonising mind and body for holistic treatment of ailments. Speaking to All India Radio, National Professor of Pharmacology Ranjit Roy Chaudhury said, the focus is on jointly providing the unified benefits of differenct systems of medicines, including those of Asian origin to benefit the people.
AIR corresponent reports, medical practioners from countries including India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Bhutan, China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Srilanka and Nepal are participating in the seminar being held at the India International Centre at New Delhi.
