In Jammu and Kashmir, an earthquake of magnitude 3.9 on the Richter scale hit around 61 kilometres east of Katra town in Jammu, in the early hours today. AIR correspondent reports that the National Centre for Seismology said that the tremors were felt at around 2.20 a.m. The depth of the earthquake was 10 &nbsp;kilometres below the ground.
