A moderate intensity earthquake today shook the Kashmir Valley, but there were no immediate reports of any casualty or damage. Aamir Ali, coordinator of Natural Disaster Management Cell said, 5.2 magnitude quake was experienced at 9.46 AM. He said the epicentre of the tremor was in Hindukush region of Afghanistan.This is the second tremor to shake the Valley this month.On March 12 also a moderate intensity quake was experienced in the Valley.The quake was also felt in some parts of northwest Pakistan including Chitral, Malakand and other adjoining areas. No reports about the loss of lives or damages to properties have been received yet.
