At stumps, Hosts West Indies were 98 for 5 in the first innings against India on a rain-marred Day 2 of the second Cricket Test at the Kensington Oval in Barbados on Wednesday. Resuming the innings on 30 for 3, West Indies lost both their overnight batsmen, Ramnaresh Sarwan and Devendra Bishoo early in the day, with Indian seamer Ishant Sharma claiming both the scalps. While Bishoo holed out to Kohli when he was on 13, Sarwan was caught leg before on 18 when the homeside's score was just 57. At the close, Shivnarine Chanderpaul on 20 and Marlon Samuels on 21 were at the crease. West Indies still trail by 103 runs as India amassed a decent 201 in their first innings.
