New Zealand were 232 for 9 in their second innings on the third day of the second and final cricket Test against India when the play closed for the day at Bangalore today.Ravichadran Ashwin scalped five wickets as New Zealand managed an overall lead of 244 after anabsorbing third day's play to leave the second and final cricket Test against India interstingly poised today.After conceding a slender 12-run lead, Ashwin snared five for 69 to restrict New Zealand to 232 for nine on an action-packed third day which saw as many as 14 wickets fall at the Chinnaswamy Stadium.Earlier the hosts were all out for 353 in reply to New Zealand's first innings score of 365. Among the Indian batsmen who contributed significantly were Virat Kohli 103 and M S Dhoni 62. New Zealand pacer Tim Southee took 7 out of 10 Indian wickets. The hosts are currently leading the two match series 1-0.
