2nd Test: India to resume at overnight score of 227/8 against NZ on day 4 <br/>

In Cricket, Team India will resume its second innings at the overnight score of 227 for 8 against New Zealand on day 4 of the second Test in Kolkata today. When the stumps were drawn yesterday, Wriddhiman Saha on 39 and Bhuvneshwar Kumar on 8 were at the crease, with the hosts having a lead of 339 runs.Earlier in the day, after bundling out the Kiwis for 204 in the first innings, India lost wickets in quick succession and were 106 for 6 at one stage. Rohit Sharma and Saha, then, shared 103 runs for the seventh wicket rescuing the Indian innings. Rohit was out for 82. Matt Henry and Jeetan Patel bagged 3 wickets each for New Zealand.India had made 316 in the first innings after opting to bat.Team India is leading the 3-match series, 1-0. They had won the first Test played in Kanpur by 197 runs.
