In Jammu and Kashmir, the Minister of State for Home, Tourism and Urban Development Nasir Aslam Wani inaugurated the 2nd Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Cricket Tournament in Kargil. Around 100 teams from all over Kargil District are participating in this tournament organized by District Police Kargil under its Civic Action Programme.
