Since, the vaccination drive began in Puducherry, 10,329 persons including 9589 healthcare workers and 740 frontline workers have undergone immunisation till yesterday and the case fatality rate in the UT is 1.67 percent and recovery rate stands at 97.85 percent. Recently, a high-powered panel chaired by Lt. Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan has been formed to monitor and upscale vaccination activities across the Union Territory.</span><br />
