In Jammu and Kashmir, the second National Ice Hockey Development Camp concluded on Sunday at Ice Hockey Rink Biamathang Kargil. The Camp Started on 10th of February, in which 41 winter sports lover including 16 girls participated. On this Occasion Acting Chief Executive Councilor LAHDC Kargil Engineer Punchok Tashi was the Chief Guest. The Camp was conducted under the experienced two Foreign Coaches from Canada daily 4 hours. Kargil Ice and Snow Sports Club (KISS) are organizing the Camp this year under the aegis of Ice Hockey Association of India and The Hockey Foundation of USA. Meanwhile 2013 Kargil Winter Games (Annual District Kargil Ice Hockey Championship) started today at Ice Hockey Rink Kargil in which 5 teams from Different Blocks of Kargil along with 105 participants are participating in the Tournament. The Tournament was inaugurated by Assistant Director Tourism Kargil Syed Toha Mossavi along with Aman Ali Khan General Secretary KISS Club. The Tournament is organizing by KISS Club sponsored by J&K sports Council.
