In Madhya Pradesh, the second International River Festival begins at the confluence of rivers Narmada and Tawa at Bandrabhan in Hosangabad. <br/><br/>AIR Bhopal correspondent reports that the central theme of the festival is 'Rivers and Pollution'.<br/><br/>State Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan will inaugurate the three-day river festival. About 700 participants are expected to participate in it. Experts from USA, Norvey, Nepal and some other countries have already arrived to attend the festival. <br/><br/>Participants will exchange their experiences, present research papers and discuss different matters regarding river pollution. <br/><br/>On Tuesday an action plan for future strategy will be prepared.
