2nd day of Yoga Mahotsav 2023 scheduled at Talkatora Indoor Stadium in New Delhi

The second day of Yoga Mahotsav 2023 today is scheduled at Talkatora Indoor Stadium in New Delhi. The event will feature a range activities including yoga demonstration, talks by the experts, bhajans and quiz, elocation and poster presentation competition. <br />''<br />''Ayush Minister Sarbananda Sonowal inaugurated the event yesterday. Mr Sonowal also launched a one-minute video on Y Break Yoga for working professionals to include Yoga in their busy lifestyles.<br />'' <br />'' A report<br />'' <br />'' The three-day Mahotsav is an event to commemorate a 100-day countdown to the International Day of Yoga (IDY). The Ayush Ministry said that around four to five thousand participants are expected to take part in the Mahotsav.  It will also hold a post-Mahotsav Yoga workshop for the yoga instructors of Anganwadi and Ayush Health and Wellness Centre workers. <br />''<br />''This year's  Yoga day also endeavors to connect with the larger global community, as India's G20 presidency theme One World, One Health resonance with the principle of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. The Ministry said, the International Day of Yoga will focus on taking Yoga to every village through the participation of Gram Panchayat and Gram Sabhas.      <br />
