CBI has filed its first chargesheet in the 2G spectrum scam case against nine people including former telecom Minister A Raja besides three private companies. Briefing reporters in New Delhi today, CBI spokesperson, Dharini Mishra said that they have been chargesheeted under various provisions of IPC including cheating, forgery and criminal conspiracy and under the Prevention of Corruption Act. She said that the CBI has found substantive offences in issueing New Access Service License and subsequent issuance of 2G spectrum allocation.
