A Delhi court on Thursday granted bail to former Telecom Minister A Raja's erstwhile private secretary R K Chandolia in the 2G case. With this order, twelve accused, including Chandolia, have been granted bail so far by various courts. Only 2 accused – A.Raja and former Telecom Secretary Siddharth Behura – are still in jail.

CBI today opposed the bail plea of Behura in the case saying complicity of public servants should be viewed seriously. The agency said, if he is released, A Raja may also seek the same relief on ground of parity.
