The government is likely to come out with a statement on the perceived differences between the Home Minister and the Finance Minister on 2G spectrum allocation issue. Talking to newsmen on the sidelines of a function in New Delhi today, the Minister of State in Prime Minister's Office Mr. V. Narayansami said that the Home Minister and the Finance Minister will be meeting the Prime Minister today on the issue. He said that the Finance Minister will clear the air on Thursday after consultations.
