Dr Dedkal, one of the doctor in the team of doctors who performed post mortem on the body of Mr. Sadeeq Batcha who was connected to the 2g scam, reportedly resigned to contest the assembly elections. He had tendered resignation on March 3rd and had not been relieved but continued to be in service. The postmortem of the body was performed on the 17th of this month, Batcha died on the 16th.
