The Supreme Court today refused to cancel the bail granted to Unitech Ltd Managing Director Sanjay Chandra, an accused in 2G spectrum case.
A bench headed by Justice H L Dattu turned down the plea of CBI which had approached the apex court for cancellation of bail after Chandra was allegedly caught on tape trying to influence the then public prosecutor in the case.
Chandra has been on bail since November 23, 2011.
