The Delhi High Court today issued notice to the Central Bureau of Investigation, CBI, seeking its response by March 13th, on the plea of Managing Director of Unitech Ltd. Sanjay Chandra, an accused in the 2G case.

Earlier, Sanjay Chandra had moved the High Court against last year's October 22nd order of the Special CBI Judge, on framing of charges, saying it was passed in a casual and perfunctory manner.

The trial court had framed charges against Chandra under various provisions of the IPC and the Prevention of Corruption Act, with criminal conspiracy, cheating, and forgery.
