A Delhi court today allowed Janata Party chief Subramanian Swamy to become a witness in his private complaint against Home Minister P Chidambaram in 2G case.
The court also allowed Swamy to lead further evidence in support of his complaint. It told Swamy to appear in the witness box on 17th of this month to make his statement.
The court further said the list of witnesses, which he had filed with his application, will be allowed to be summoned to press his case only after he could explain the relevance of their testimony.
