On the third day of 26th Northeast Games, being held in Mizoram, the hosts topped the medals tally. Mizoram is leading the medal tally with 55 gold, 24 silver and 22 bronze medals. Manipur is occupying the second spot with 26 gold, 28 silver and 18 bronze medals.Tripura is placed third with 13 gold, 12 silver and 10 bronze medals. Mizoram has reached the final of Men's hockey and football events, which will be played on Friday along with some other athletics events. Friday is the concluding day of the northeast games.
