The 26th Kolkata International Film Festival (KIFF) will begin tomorrow. In view of the present pandemic situation, this year, the week-long event will be held virtually on a smaller scale. Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan is supposed to attend the inaugural event virtually. <br />” <br />”<span style="color: #222222;">AIR correspondent reports that 81 feature films along with 50 short and documentary films from 45 countries will be screened at eight venues this year. Special tribute will be paid to late dignitaries like Soumitra Chattopadhyay, Rishi Kapoor, Irfan Khan, Kim Ki Duk and Fernando Solanas. The 26th edition of KIFF was to take place from 5th to 12th November last year, but it was rescheduled for 8th to 15th January due to COVID-19.</span><br />
