<br/>Iraqi authorities are investing twin bombings that killed at least 26 people and wounded more than 50 in the capital Baghdad. Iraqi police officials said the car bombs exploded within minutes of each other on Sunday near the headquarters of the Iraq Commercial Bank and a Government building that issues Identity Cards. <br/> <br/>Baghad's security chief said, the Bank was the apparent target of the explosion which killed both police officers and civilians.<br/> <br/>The incident followed a wave of bombings across Iraq in recent days that killed at least 20 people.<br/>
