The National Investigation Agency today filed a charge-sheet against Lashkar-e-Toiba operative David Coleman Headley and eight others including two ISI officials for the November 26, 2008 Mumbai terror attack.

The chargesheet has been filed in a special NIA court in Delhi. The Patiala House court is likely to pronounce its order on the chargesheet on 7th of next month.

The Government gave sanction to the NIA to file chargesheet against the nine persons last week. Headley did a recce of the targets for the Lashkar-e-Toiba, which carried out the Mumbai attack on November 26, 2008.

At least 166 people were killed in one of the tragic incidents that happened that year.
