26/11 case: Mumbai’s special court fixes date to start final arguments

Mumbai's special court conducting the trial in 26/11 terror attack case today asked the prosecution and the defence to start their final arguments in the case on March 9. <br/><br/>In another development, the court rejected the application filed by accused Sabauddin Ahmed, seeking to examine NIA Chief S C Sinha, Gujarat DGP S S Khandwawala, Rahul Bhatt, and fitness instructor Vilas Warak as witnesses. <br/><br/>Meanwhile, Special Prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam today informed the court that he would submit four more affidavits tomorrow in addition to the affidavits of 43 formal witnesses that were submitted yesterday. Thereafter, all the three accused, including Ajmal Kasab, would be asked to make statements in reply to these affidavits.
