26/11 attack: Abu Jundal's lawyer seeks four days to question Headley

26/11 plotter Abu Jundal's Defense Lawyer Wahab Khan has expressed his intention to cross examine David Headley for 4 days before the special court in Mumbai. <br/><br/>The Court directed Public Prosecutor Ujjawal Nikam to check the availability and communicate this with US authorities that Headley is needed for cross examination for 4 days from 07.00 am. to 12.00 pm.<br/><br/>After confirmation from the US authorities, the court will fix dates for cross examination. The next hearing in the case will take place on 25th February.<br/><br/>Pakistani-American terrorist David Headley, who is testifying as an approver in 26/11 Mumbai attacks case, was deposed before special court in Mumbai earlier this month. <br/><br/>In his fourth deposition he had told the special court that he was told to survey naval air station and Siddhivinayak temple too, but he discouraged the idea to target them as both were heavily guarded. <br/><br/>In his depositions till now, Headley has revealed important information about the planning behind the terror attacks and his role in the same. His reconnaissance provided vital information for the 10 LeT terrorists and their handlers, who attacked Mumbai on November 26, 2008 in which 166 persons including foreign nationals were killed.<br/><br/>Headley drew maps, took video footage and scouted several targets for the attacks including the Taj Hotel, Oberoi Hotel and Nariman House during his five visits between 2006 and 2008.
