After receiving media reports today that hundreds of cadets at the National Defence Academy in Khadakwasla were rushed to hospital yesterday afternoon after suffering from food poisoning, an official press release was issued by NDA accepting that a case of severe indigestion was reported by about 250 cadets after having their Breakfast and lunch in the Cadets Mess.<br/><br/>Press Release says that all the cadets were taken to the military hospital at Khadakwasla and were given prompt medical attention and thereafter have been discharged from the hospital. The cadets have also resumed their training activities. <br/><br/>Release further says that Investigation has been ordered to ascertain the cause of indigestion among the cadets.
