Over 23 lakh 59 thousand voters are to decide the political fate of a total 435 candidates including PCC President D Srinivas, state former Ministers Shabbir Ali, Vinod Kumar, Harish Rao and Taraka Rama Rao, son of TRS President K Chandrasekhara Rao. Besides a micro observer at each polling station, Video surveillance is maintaining strict vigil to ensure fare and free poll.
