In Bihar, altogether 25 Maoists including a woman naxal today surrendered to the police in Munger district of the state in the presence of a number of officials. Surrendered Maoists include one area commander. Speaking on the occasion, Munger Divisional Commissioner S M Raju said, the administration would provide the surrendered Maoists assistance under the Naxal Reform Package to enable them to take to return to mainstream life. He urged other Maoists to follow their example and give up arms.
