25 killed, 72 injured in bomb blast in Iraq

In Iraq, the death toll in last night’s bomb blast in southwestern Diala province has risen to 25. Seventy two others were injured in the incident.Voice of Iraq news agency quoting security sources has reported that the blast took place in a popular caf’ in Dor Mandili area of Baladruz district. The majority of inhabitants in Dor Mandili belong to Feyli Kurd community. Balad Ruz remained under tight security control today but the curfew imposed after the attack has been lifted and five people have been arrested. Baaquba is the capital city of the province of Diala, which is 57 km northeast of Baghdad.
