An Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) will be conducted by Ahmedabad-based Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India. The 25-day programme, sponsored by Department of Science & Technology, Government of India, will be held from February 1 to February 29, at PSG College of Arts and Science,in Coimbatore.<br/><br/>Interested candidates who have completed graduation or Diploma can apply for the training programme. Training will be given free of cost, local FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) chair Lakshmi Ramachandran said in a release today.<br/><br/>Training will be given in identifying business opportunities, preparation of business plan and schemes of financial assistance. Guidance will be provided to the trainees in fulfilling procedural formalities in setting up an enterprise, the release said.
