In Uttrakhand, atleast 25 children are feared trapped in a building which collapsed due to heavy rain at Kapkot in Bageshwar district. Quoting authorities our Dehradun Correspondent reports that 6 children have been rescued from the collapsed building. There are also reports that communication system in the region has been affected due to heavy rain.
