24 hours vaccination to begin from today at selected centres in Bihar

In Bihar, 24 hours vaccination will begin from today at selected Vaccination Centres of the state. Health Minister Mangal Pandey said, vaccination will be taking place at two places in Patna and Sadar Hospitals in each district of the state. Mr Pandey said, instructions have been issued to Civil Surgeon of different districts to make necessary arrangements of vaccination during night hours.  Online and on-spot registration will be available at the Vaccination Centres. People from the age group of 18 to 44 years can book slots and registration from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day. On the spot registration will be available from 5 p.m. to 9 a.m. next day. Over one crore 12 lakh people 27 thousand people have been vaccinated in the state so far. Out of these, 20 lakh 25 people are from the age group of 18 to 44 years.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, the state's recovery rate has risen to over 98 per cent, while the test positivity rate has declined to below one per cent and it is 0.76 per cent. The number of active cases is also decreasing and presently stands at eight thousand 230. Over seven lakh people have so far recovered from the infection. In all, 762  fresh cases were reported in the state during the last 24 hours and one  thousand 196 people recovered yesterday. </span><br />
