23 literary personalities have been selected for this year's Translation Awards. The awards are being given by Sahitya Akedemi every year for tranaslating outstanding literary works in different Indian languages. <br/><br/>Prominent among them are Balchand Jaishetty for Hindi, Trideep Suhad for English and Dr Shad Ramzan for Kashmiri.The awards carry 50 thousand rupees in cast and a citation and will be presented in August this year.<br/>
