On the occasion of the 22nd Kargil Vijay Diwas, a solemn wreath laying ceremony was organized at Shaheed Smarak at Colaba in Mumbai to commemorate the victory of the Indian Armed Forces and to pay tribute to the supreme sacrifice of our martyrs.<br />''<br />''During the ceremony, wreaths were  laid by Vice Admiral R.
