22 hr long gun-battle in Srinagar ends; two terrorists gunned down

In Kashmir valley, 22 hour long gun battle in Lal Chowk area has ended with security forces killing both the Fidayeen miliants. The Director General of Police Kuldipt Khoda told reporters that they had an input about an LeT fidayeen attack. He said, one of the slain militants is a Pakistani national.<br/><br/>The operation to clean up the building is still going on which had earlier caught fire due to intense exchange of fire between militants and security forces. Two persons including a police man have been killed and ten others have been injured in the incident.<br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports, the director general police said that the attack was clear indication of Pakistan based militants’ attempts to disturb peace in the valley.
