22 civilians killed after bus kidnapping in Iraq

In Iraq, 22 civilians have been killed after kidnapping of their bus on Monday night. Voice of Iraq news agency quoting Anbar Police has reported that these civilians were traveling in a bus, which was kidnapped by an armed group. The bus was driving 30 civilians from Syria and it was kidnapped in Nukheib Township, east of west Iraq’s Anbar Province. According to police, the gunmen forced women and children out of the bus and killed 22 men.Police said that its forces have discovered the bodies of the 22 men, who were killed by light arms, whilst the remaining persons, who were left behind by the killers, were driven to Ramadi to get further details about the attackers. Iraqi Army forces have carried out a broad operation, searching for the attackers, who escaped for an unknown destination.
