Goa governor Mridula Sinha has said that in this era of globalisation, the 21st century leaders must have a more inclusive and larger perspective beyond a local or narrow vision. She was speaking at the valedictory session of the India Ideas Conclave 2017 organised by the India Foundation in Bambolim, Goa today. <br/>The conclave's central theme was leadership in the 21st century.<br/><br/>Stressing on the issue of women empowerment, Sinha said that unless women are respected, one cannot form a society of equals. She said, leaders should be self-aware and compassionate, and be able to empower, motivate and innovate.
