AIR correspondent reports that a total of 2,138 nominations were submitted for the assembly polls. Scrutiny of the nominations is progressing today. Meanwhile Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said that, the LDF manifesto that was released yesterday, has no empty promises and will be implemented with serious effect.
