In Manipur, a total of 21 Nepalese women left Imphal for their hometown in Nepal today in a bus. They left along with security personnel and representatives of Nepalese Embassy. Out of these women, one is a mentally ill woman and the remaining is suspected victims of trafficking persons. <br />''<br />''They have been handed over to the Counselor of Embassy of Nepal Prakash Adhikari by the authority of Manipur government after completing due procedures for repatriation back to their homes in Nepal.<br />''<br />''All were rescued in late 2019 at Imphal Airport and International border at Moreh and reportedly bound to travel to Gulf countries. State government provided shelter and other support services including counseling and vocational training to them during their stay at Ujjawala Homes in Manipur.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Officials from the State Home Department and Social Welfare Department will accompany during the bus journey till Kakaditta-Panitanki Border of West Bengal.</span><br />
