<span style="color: #222222;">Government today said that about 21 crore mandays employment have been provided and over Rs. 16, 760 crore have been spent under the Garib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyaan.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The campaign was launched to boost employment and livelihood opportunities for migrant workers and affected citizens in rural areas, in the wake of COVID-19 outbreak.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Rural Development Ministry said, the campaign is being conducted&nbsp;in mission mode to provide employment to migrant workers who have returned to their native villages of six states.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">These states are Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. The Ministry said, the campaign is empowering villagers with livelihood opportunities in 116 districts of these states.</span><br />'' &nbsp;
