20th Special Representatives level talks will be held between India and China in New Delhi today. <br/><br/>The External Affairs Ministry said, the Special Representative of China on the Boundary Question Yang Jiechi will hold the talks with National Security Adviser and the Special Representative of India on the issue Ajit Doval. <br/><br/>The meeting assumes significance in the wake of disengagement of troops at Doklam.
