In Jammu and Kashmir, 2013 Kargil Winter Games (Annual District Kargil Ice Hockey Championship) concluded today at Ice Hockey Rink Kargil . 5 teams from Different Blocks of Kargil along with 105 participants participated in the champuionship.The Tournament was sponsored by Jammu and Kashmir sports Council. In the finale of the tournament Adventure Sports Club Drass Defeated Nindum Club Khangral by one goal.
