The CPI(M) today demanded a fresh investigation into the role and actions of Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi in 2002 riots. In a statement in New Delhi, party Polit Bureau said the report of the Special Investigation Team on the communal violence in the sate is flawed and seeks to cover-up the role played by Mr. Modi. The party said truth should be comes out in this matter.
