In Russai, at least 20 armed men in masks have surrounded a Moscow bank building controlled by the Russian tycoon Alexander Lebedev. An aide to the businessman, Artyom Artyomov said there were 20 or 30 people in masks who surrounded the building and they were carrying automatic weapons. He said Lebedev who owns Britain's Independent and Evening Standard newspapers was inside the building. The aide said it is not known what these men in masks wanted.
