20 killed in separate suicide attacks in Pak

In Pakistan, at least 10 people were killed and 40 others injured when suicide bombers hit an office of the ISI and a police station in Northwest Pakistan.Police and rescue officers said that a suicide attacker rammed his explosives-laden car into the gate of the Inter-Services Intelligence office on Khyber road within the cantonment in Peshawar at 6.40 am.Atleast eight person were killed and 30 others injured in the blast. Inspector General of Police Malik Naveed Khan told reporters that the bomber's car was packed with about 200 kg of explosives. He said, the facade of the building and a nearby check post were destroyed by the blast.Officials at the Lady Reading Hospital said they had received the bodies of two security personnel, four civilians and a private security guard.In the second suicide attack, another bomber rammed his explosives-laden car into a police station in Bannu district of NWFP, killing two persons and injuring 10 others.According to Geo News channel the police station was totally destroyed. Reports say, several persons were feared to be buried in the rubble.Meanwhile, schools in Peshawar have been closed after the attack on the ISI office. Police have sealed off Khyber Road.No group claimed responsibility for today's attacks.
