In Mexico, at least 20 people were killed and five others injured in an attack by gunmen on a bar in the city of Monterrey on Friday. Local media reported that the unidentified gunmen fired AK-47 assault rifles at people in the El Sabino Gordo bar in downtown Monterrey, causing the heavy casualties.Monterrey is the capital of the Nuevo Leon state, which is plagued by drug-related violence.
