20 killed, dozens wounded in Philippines church bombings

<span style="color: #222222;">In Philippines, at least 20 people were killed and over 100 were injured in twin bomb blasts at a church during Sunday Mass. The first explosion went off inside the cathedral in Jolo, on the island province of Sulu, and was followed by a second blast in the car park outside, killing military and civilians. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">No one has claimed responsibility for the attack so far. The attack came days after minority Muslims in the country endorsed a new autonomous region in the southern Philippines ending nearly five decades of a separatist rebellion that has left 1 lakh 50 thousand people dead. Although most of the Muslim areas approved the autonomy deal, voters in Sulu province, where Jolo is located, rejected it.</span><br />
