In Colombia, twenty people have been killed and six others injured after an explosion in a mine in Law Preciosa. Officials say there were twenty six people in the mine at the time of the explosion, which was caused by a build-up of methane gas. The six injured people are receiving medical attention while authorities seek to recover 15 bodies that are still in the mine. A similar explosion killed 31 people in the same mine four years ago, and just four months ago six people were killed in the same circumstances in a neighbouring mine.
