The Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has said that two seats have been kept vacant to accommodate DMK in the Union Cabinet. Talking to reporters after swearing-in ceremony this evening, he said, this is the last reshuffle before the coming general elections in the country. In reply to a question on shifting Jairam Ramesh, he said, his services will be better utilised in the Rural Development Ministry. Dr. Manmohan Singh said that Rahul Gandhi is working for the organisation and is visiting different places to know the problems of the farmers.
