In Kashmir Valley, two militants have been reportedly killed in an encounter at Lolab in Kupawara district. Our correspondent reports that four to six militants were holed up in a house at Maqdoom Mohalla of Lolab . An official spokesperson said that search operation in the area has been going on since this morning. He also said the hamlet in which house is located has been cordoned off and all exit points were plugged. Earlier, one woman held hostage by the militants was rescued by the security forces. The operation was still going on when reports last came in.
