In Jammu & Kashmir, 2 militants and 2 army personnel are reported to have been killed in ongoing encounter in Laribal Zachaldara area of Handwara in Kupwara district, which is around 100 Kms in north of Srinagar headquarters.<br/><br/>Reliable sources said the encounter between unknown number of militants and the security forces ensued last evening in the forested area of Handwara.
